Christmas Ball N Chain

This item was an old enrichment ball with holes, that was tied to a stainless steel chain and wrapped in Christmas paper. Honey or melted marshmallow was used to make the wrapping paper stick to the ball. Food treats were hidden within the ball itself. The animals loved foraging for the treats.

  • 1 Stainless Steel Mirror Ball
  • 1 stainless steel chain
  • 1 Primate proof Clip or

Materials

  • 1/2 cup Marshmallows
  • 1 tablespoon Honey

Instructions

  • Retrieve sanitized forage ball, preferably with large holes inside.
  • Place a handful of marshmallows inside ball.
  • Use wrapping paper to wrap ball.
  • Use chain's clip to attach to cage and watch the animals enjoy!
  • To prevent choking hazard, use 3 links to a chain or less.
